The energy passport provides information on the calculated energy requirement of your real estate object and its CO 2 emissions. It provides energy performance classes ranging from A (the best class) to I (the worst grade). The classification is based on the index:
Since July 1st , 2012, real estate listings for sale and lease appearing in commercial media must indicate the class energy performance (depending on the index of primary energy expenditure) and the class of thermal insulation (according to the index of expenditure of heating energy) of the residential building. The validity of the energy performance certificate is 10 years.
